Yoga

Yoga has begun again on Monday evenings. Classes; Pregnancy yoga 6.30pm-8.00pm and General Yoga is from 8.15pm-9.30pm. Call Aisling to book your place - 087 0554121

With the permission of film maker, Scott Kennedy, we will be screening the documentary The Garden again. Scott and his family were in Ballymaloe this July for the screening of The Garden and a Q&A session. It was well attended and the feed back about the film was great. Unfortunately many of you could not make it for one reason or another (mainly the World Cup final) so we have decided to screen The Garden on Tuesday 10th August at 8pm for those who missed it. I hope to see you all there.

On the following night, Wednesday 11th August, we have an art exhibition opening, Harvest. This exhibition will be introducing the work of 7 Cork based artists Rebecca Bradley, Liz Burgess, Andrea Cashell, Martha Cashman, Diane Magee, Louise Mckeon and Nedyalka Panova. All are welcome to come and enjoy the art opening with nibbles and a glass of wine at 7pm in The Grain Store.
