Lisselan Gardens was designed in the 1800s and laid out in Robinsonian style, enhancing the natural features and contours provided by the valley and the river Argideen flowing throughout.

Lisselan Gardens was designed in the 1800s and laid out in Robinsonian style, enhancing the natural features and contours provided by the valley and the river Argideen flowing throughout.
This magnificent garden provides visitors with magnificent seasonal colours has 12ha of gardens and woodlands with a variety of plants, trees, shrubs and flowers that flourish in our mild Gulf Stream enhanced climate. Many unusual plants and shrubs not geographically associated with this region can be seen in our gardens. Take a breath of 'fresh air' as you walk along the natural paths, bridges and flagstone pathways to lead you on a exploration of intrigue in this spectacular garden. The rockery, rhododendron garden, water garden, azalea garden, shrubbery and fuchsia garden are some of the features, which can be seen in Lisselan Gardens.
