Bantry House makes an exceptional location for wedding photographs, civil wedding ceremonies and/or blessings and wedding receptions. Not only is it one of the finest historic houses in Ireland, but it also commands one of the best views overlooking Bantry Bay in West Cork. Housing an important private collection of furniture and objects of art, it is a unique venue that epitomises quality and elegance.
We are able to offer a civil ceremony followed by simple champagne reception lasting a couple of hours, with photographs in the house and grounds, to grand formal dinners, and of course, everything in between. Each room hire package is on an exclusive basis.

We offer a personal service for each and every couple and look forward to discussing aspects of your own wedding with you in detail. In the meantime, the information that follows will give you a glimpse of what we can offer for your special day.

Wedding blessings and champagne receptions are organised on an individual basis in the Summer (17 March - 31 October) and Winter (1 November - 16 March), excluding the weeks of Christmas and New Year.
